TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Tradrr ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Tradrr is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers in Zambia and internationally. We provide a marketplace where vendors can list products and customers can browse, search, and purchase items.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, honor listed prices, fulfill orders promptly, and comply with all applicable Zambian laws including the Consumer Protection Act and Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Selling counterfeit, illegal, or harmful products
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Harassing other users
• Attempting to circumvent platform security

6. PAYMENT AND FEES

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers. Platform fees may apply to vendor transactions. All prices are displayed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise specified.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tradrr acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality issues, or delivery problems. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Zambian law.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Lusaka, Zambia, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Zambia. The courts of Zambia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
